Our sales team own 9 years electric bike marketing experiences in many countries, like Italy, Spain, Portugal, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Canada, USA, Brazil, Colombia, Australia, China, etc. We know the domestic and foreign market's regulation and people's like clearly, we have advantages to make affordable price, precise products, and considerate services to each customer.
Our QC team director, have focused on electric bike industry for 11 years, and the other technicians own over 5 years electric bike repair experiences. We are serious on each parts, take frame for example, our frames need to be made by 100,000 times vibration test and Electrophoretic paint, to insure the frame with durable life time.
Making electric bike is one part of our work,  we also pay more attention on services. For each model, we have complete parts list, to help customer make services more conveniently. And more, we can be able to offer door to door service for most customers. After the customer make payment, we will do the rest.
Foreign market is different from Chinese market, we always get special requirements for our electric bike by the foreign users. Fortunately, our RD team are able to find best solution for most of customers. For some Italian customers, they are care more on quality, and always think of some new ideas to test our RD people.
